Harold Onee Behrens Sr.

• MANNSVILLE -- Services for Harold Onee Behrens Sr., 92, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Mannsville Church of Christ with Frank Pennington officiating.
Born June 17, 1909, in Mesquite, Texas, to John Louie Behrens and Theney Mae Lewis Behrens, he died March 9, 2002, in Mannsville. He married Marie Lucille Ashford on June 9, 1945, in McAlester. She preceded him in death on Sept. 5, 2001. He was also preceded in death by his parents; a son, Paul Everett Behrens; a great-granddaughter, Lisa Gale McCumber; and five brothers.

He was reared in the Russett and southern Oklahoma area. He moved to Mannsville in 1945 where he spent the remainder of his life. He was a leader in the Mannsville Senior Citizens Center. Behrens had worked as a farmer. He was a member of Mannsville Church of Christ.

Survivors include two sons, Buddy Behrens, Mannsville, and Wayne Behrens, Stringtown; two daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Sonny Fox, Dinero, Texas, and Judy and Robert Campa, San Antonio; 12 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

Bearers are Eldon Stevenson, Jack Cumbie, John Willard, William Chandler, Joe Ashford, Dustin Behrens and James West.

Visitation is noon to 9 p.m. today at Watts Funeral Home, Madill.
